D4.FR is the data controller for personal data collected via the d4.fr website and its services.

3. Processing Purposes

4. Data Retention Period
Personal data is retained for the following periods:
- Contact / demo requests: 12 months from the request, unless a commercial relationship is established
- Client data: for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, then 3 years after the end of the contract for prospecting purposes, and 5 years in archive for legal obligations
- Browsing data: 13 months maximum
5. Data Recipients
Personal data is intended exclusively for D4.FR internal teams (sales, technical and support teams). We never sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Data may be transmitted to:
- Our hosting provider (for secure data storage)
- Our technical subcontractors (only in the context of service delivery, with appropriate contractual guarantees)
- Competent authorities in case of legal obligation
